Sintered Mesh
Sintered woven wire mesh can be in used for several ( fine or deep or sub micron) filtration applications in for example the petrochemical and chemical industry, water conditioning and pharmaceutics.
Sintered woven wire mesh consist of multi-layers of woven wire mesh laminated together by use of ' sintering '.
This creates an enormous class of new materials with a very wide variety of mechanical properties. By combining multiple layers of different mesh weavings, it is possible to design materials with specific target thickness, permeability, pore size, and mechanical strength. Some layers are used for high precision filtration, others for protecting and reinforcing.

Palisade Fencing
The forbidding appearance and inherent strength of the pales provide an effective deterrent to would be intruders. It is available in a choice of head styles, both in the traditional 'D' pale profile, and 'W' section pale for added security.
Palisade fencing is offered in a range of heights up to 3.6 metres, and is self-adjusting to slopes of up
to 1 in 3. It can be supplied assembled in panels, or bundled for site assembly along with either bolts or rivets.
Palisade fencing is available in a range of finishes, galvanised in, or galvanised and colour coated in various colours to blend with the environment.
Palisade Fencing Construction
A standard panel is constructed from hot and cold rolled steel sections supplied for assembly on site. Panels consist of 17 vertical pales manufactured in "D" or "W" profile with a choice of tops. The pales are fixed to rolled steel angle horizontals which are supported by 102 x 44 joist posts.
A fish plate passes through a slot in the post and secures the horizontal rail captive in its position. The pales are connected to the horizontals to form the panel and are held securely together by utilising vandal resistant security fasteners.Fencing is supplied in 2.75m wide standard panels for easy assembly on site.

High Security Fencing
High security fencing is the ultimate security fencing system. The close mesh is used in prisons and other secure facilities as it is virtually impossible to climb. The close mesh also means that the fence is very difficult to cut with anything but power tools. The high security fencing system has been recently developed to make it more secure than ever. The panels are covered by a continuous heavyweight clamp bar, which offers no place for leverage to prise it off. The system also has no removable fixings meaning that panels cannot be removed by would be intruders.
The system also utilises cylindrical corner posts meaning that the fencing line can run off at any angle, meaning that the fencing is easy to install in almost any situation.
